PalletOne has now completed the technical implementation of mining rewards. Mediatior of super node and Jury of jury node are both involved in generation and accounting of transaction. In the traditional UTXO model such as Bitcoin, for each new block generated, the collected fees and rewards are distributed to miners in the form of Coinbase transactions. And the speed at which PalletOne produces a block every few seconds will inevitably lead to a large amount of small UTXO generated by mining revenue, which is UTXO fragmentation. UTXO fragmentation will cause users to collect a large amount of UTXO as input in a transaction, resulting in huge transaction volume, cumbersome verification and high handling costs.

 In order to solve the problem of UTXO fragmentation, PalletOne combines the advantages of Account model and UTXO model, uses Account model to record accounts in daily block reward, and converts the reward of accounting to UTXO, at one time after reaching a certain height. It not only ensures the distribution of mining reward but also makes use of the concurrent advantage of UTXO.
