Digital identity is a kind of identity identification. “Blockchain+Digital Identity” can be used for identity verification, visa confirmation, sharing information, etc. It can be applied to both public service and public governance of different institutions.

The digital identity certificate is signed by the CA (certificate authority) with the first-level intermediate certificate, and CA sets the authorities for the first-level certificate, the owner of the first-level certificate can sign the intermediate certificate or user certificate of the next level, and restrict the authorities. At the same time, the CA can also revoke the certificate and issue a certificate revocation list (CRL), the users can query the CRL for the revocation information of the certificate.
